This remote reading thermometer is surface mounted and made with a durable 2" diameter 300 series stainless steel case and polycarbonate lens. It's designed to be installed in surfaces like counters, tables, and walls using a 3-hole, 3 1/2" rear flange and to monitor the temperature of perishable and stored foods. It has a temperature range from -40 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit with an ambient temperature range of -40 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and is made with a 48" capillary and 2 1/4" bulb.
This thermometer features a vapor-actuated dial that gives accurate readings both above and below ambient temperatures. The dial is made from aluminum with a white finish and features black markings and numbers for maximum visibility. It also features an adjustable black pointer. It's ideal for most temperature-reading applications in your food processing, storage, or handling area.
