Ensure that the only substance running through your plumbing is clean water with this Zurn Elkay solids trap / interceptor! This interceptor uses gravity separation to filter solids like precious metal particles, plaster, and clay from wastewater to prevent those materials from entering, clogging, or cross-contaminating commercial plumbing and drain systems. This item features a 15 GPM flow rate, a 6 lb. capacity, and 1 1/2" threaded connections with 1 low inlet and 1 high outlet for easy access. It's ideal for use in commercial, industrial, hospitality, transportation, and recreational settings.

Designed for use in place of a fixture 'P' trap, this solids interceptor is designed for on-floor installation and is made with a durable, acid-resistant composite housing. It features a removable sediment bucket and a 3/32" diameter perforated flow PVC screen that diffuses and intercepts solids. This solids trap is made with a top-access, gasketed cover with an ABS handle for easy access to the bucket and screen as well as durable stainless steel draw latches and hardware.
