If you have something hot in them like rice/beans/cooked meat the plastic lid melts and warps almost instantly. I think this is the nature of the plastic material (PLA) that has a lower melting point than other plastics. They have vented holes that you can manually puncture and it does help but not all the time. There should be a more durable option.
