This Winston Industries PS3120 store accessory kit is a required and convenient addition to any establishment investing in an OF49C, OF59C, LP46 or LP56 fryer! It includes a plugging tool that is used to stir shortening in the fryer prior to cooking and help set the collector into the fryer after cleaning, as well as a displacer tool that is used to remove extra shortening in the collector during cleaning.
