This is an awesome product. You get all the basic colors in just one set and it is very easy to use. You can also mix the colors to get other very nice colors. It is also very affordable. I have not notice any changes in flavor while using these either.

We usually order large bottles of food colors, but sometimes we use the food colors on the go or at events. The good thing about this 8 pack is that you get a nice selection of colors without purchasing too much for a quick use.

This gel coloring mixes well with my Macarons batter. I also use it to color buttercream icing, it does not take much to make the color and always comes out beautiful.

I like gel coloring since it's so much more concentrated than liquid, you can get vibrant colors without changing the consistency of whatever you're coloring. I like the assortment of colors in this box. My only complaint is that the plastic seal on these is extremely difficult to get off, and the act of removing it will dye your fingers whatever color you're opening. It would be so much nicer if they were sealed with something with a tab.
