Just know that if you receive this item with any type of defects, it's on you to work with Weston to make it work. Webstaurant is no help whatsoever. If I could give negative stars, I surely would. We received this item on Thursday, tried using it for the first time on Sunday (3 days after receiving) and discovered this item is defective, it will not seal. Right away I contacted Webstaurant and they referred me to the warranty. The 3 customer service reps from Webstaurant were no help. I now have to deal with Weston and the nightmares I've been reading about the customer service has me in tears right now.
