This cabinet can hold up to 20 lb. of raw jerky. Plus, this model sits right on the counter and has (12) 21 1/2" x 16" nonstick metal drying racks to give you plenty of space for all of your food. This unit has a 1600W heating element and requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
