The dual-function design separates the areas for waste disposal and cigarette extinguishing with a cleverly designed aluminum lid. A 6 gallon plastic liner is included for collecting trash, with the smaller compartment designed to hold sand for use as an ashtray. Constructed with heavy-duty concrete that's reinforced with full steel rebar caging, this receptacle is reliably strong and durable. The heavy weight combined with the included threaded inserts for anchoring allows it to securely stay in place and withstand the outdoor elements.

The aluminum lid fits snuggly over the plastic liner and concrete opening, offering a secure enclosure that helps prevents waste from being swept away by wind.
