Waterloo Low-Profile Wall-Mount Pre-Rinse Faucet with 8" Centers and 12" Add-On Faucet

We installed this faucet 18 months ago. It was good in the first 3 months . After then, whenever we turn on the faucet, the pre-rinse spray also comes on at the same time. We always get wet whenever we use the faucet, and waste a lot of water. We bought the same brand for our other business and have no issue for over 10 years. May be we got a bad one this time!!

Had this product for about 2 years and now it's constantly leaking from every possible place. Look elsewhere.

After only a few months of use, the sprayer continues to spray water after the lever is released. Another way to describe it is that it appears the button underneath the lever which controls the water valve gets "stuck" in the depressed position. This problem appears to be getting worse over time - sometimes stuck for a few seconds, but sometimes stuck far longer. In the fast-paced environment of restaurant dishwashing, the quick on/off action of a sprayer like this needs to work correctly. Having a sprayer swinging around spraying water unintentionally is an unwanted defect that can cause problems. It is possible I got a product that is somewhat defective.

The action of the faucets is silky smooth and the sprayer arm works great. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is there was no escutcheon to hold the faucet against the sink, so it took some innovation.

Perfect, makes washing do SC he’s much easier!

Bought for my restaurant, after 1 week start to leak. Didn’t last a year all parts are loose and falling apart. Stay away and buy a better product

Product looks greatly packaged and came in without any defects.

The height of the faucet is great but it is not built well. A small thin metal clip is the only thing that holds the handle in. It pops out of its groove constantly. I recommend to get a faucet that has a normal spout to fill sinks. The pressure is much too high and the water is spraying everywhere and cold time it hits the sink.

great size for my sink. i love the hose. the faucet is a bit long. still reaches the middle sink but barely. gets the job done. would recommend getting a bigger sink for this faucet or getting a smaller faucet for the sink. otherwise works great.

Fit perfect.

Amazing product

This faucet feels great and the pressure from the spray nozzle is sufficient for most of your rinsing needs.

Needs a little pressure being the sprayer

This spray nozzle leaks and doesn't shut off for 7-10 seconds wasting water.

Great item

This sprayer is simple to install, easy to use and has pretty decent power, great for blasting off food particles. after a couple years, there have been no leaks.

Year later still working great

great quilty wish i would bought the longer of these its still works just a bit tight needs to be longer cant get close to bottom of sink

I ordered a pre-rinse faucet. Beautiful picture of the assembly on the purchase screen. I was shipped 3 separate boxes of parts. No documentation and no installation guides. No problem, I know how to plumb. Assembled the system and it leaks through manufacture interfaces. Hoping to be able to get past the AI chatbot for someone to help me.

I love the dual faucet and spray hose. Great pressure and sprayer. Perfect for rinsing large dishes. Would buy again.

Wish we could buy replacement parts for it rather than having to buy all new.

4 months in and still holding up.

Heads up , does not include stub out inlet, keeper washers and keep nut. Wish that was information was included so I could plan correctly.

Great item. Exactly as described.

The metal is very resistant and well-made. It can withstand high heat that would melt other materials. It is highly recommended for its durability and resilience.

The only think I don’t like is the spring, looks a little smaller for the hose but thankfully it hasn’t affected the hose, easy to install, good quality and no issues with gaskets so far like the other brands (gray round one) I’ll definitely buy it again, mine doesn’t have a faucet

This waterloo wall mounted pre-rinse faucet is great. Easy to use. Make it easy to rinse our dishes before washing them. It is to just hook it out of the way when not in use.

We've had this guy for about a year or so now and it is working like a champ. Bought a different one before hand that failed within 3 weeks but this one keeps working. VERY HAPPY!

Works good. good pressure!!

This is a must for any dishwashing station. The reach it gives to our dishwashers makes their job easier. It's used for bulky items that require some wash before putting it in the dishwasher for the best clean.
