This unit features a 21" stainless steel shaft that is fully sealed, removable, and dishwasher safe.
This immersion blender has 2 handles, including 1 main handle with controls and a secondary handle for better control. It has an on / off rocker switch, a speed switch, and a power button. Its continuous on feature allows for hands-free, non-stop operation. Plus, the main handle has a rubberized comfort grip for reduced fatigue.
This immersion blender has an all-purpose stainless steel blade to effectively blend, chop, puree, and emulsify ingredients. Its high-efficiency design boasts an ample 50-gallon capacity, making it great for demanding kitchens. To extend its life, this unit has user-replaceable couplings on its power pack and shaft. It comes with a 10' long power cord and convenient cord wrap storage. The shaft is interchangeable and the universal power pack fits all shafts and whisk attachments (sold separately). A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
