We've had these panini makers for a little over 6 months now in our bar/restaurant/billiards hall. This flat top is used for everything from quesadilla's to eggs to frying bacon and grilling onions. We propped it up on some dishes to make the grease run off better, but definitely no complaints and handles everything we throw at it. They are turned on at open, and turned off at closing...6 days a week at least 10 hrs a day. Great product!
Just wired for new plug for this to attach to. Couldn't be more happy after seasoning for how this high powered machine operates. Will be expanding at some point.
