This Waring WFP11S7B disc stem is designed for use with WFP11S series food processors, and will fit the WFP11S4 and WFP11S6 adjustable discs. If the disc stem on your unit becomes damaged or goes missing, this one may be used as a direct replacement.
If you need a disc stem for a WFP11S food processor disc other than the WFP11S4 or WFP11S6, use item WFP11S7.

We use this stem with the WFP11S6 reversible shredding disc. In our bakery, we only use these attachments to shred carrots for carrot cake. It works perfectly (and quickly!) and allows for a fine shred.
