This Waring CAC132 Blade 48 oz. copolyester container serves as a replacement for the one that came with your Waring BB300 series commercial bar blender. For a boost in your operation's efficiency, an extra jar can be kept on hand so that you can blend varying ingredients without having to wash an individual container between blending cycles. It includes a complete cutting assembly and a lid that fits snugly with the container to prevent leaks during operation. Plus, its easy-to-read graduations allow you to measure directly in the container, so you don't have to juggle extra tools like measuring cups and spoons.
This blender jar also comes with a lid that is designed to fit tightly into the top to create an airtight seal and prevent liquid from leaking out of the unit during the blending process. In addition, the lid has an embedded measuring cup with fill lines for 1 oz. and 2 oz., the perfect size for bar applications.

What is the proper technique for cleaning my blender jar?
Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. we bought a few extra of these jars i like how they have a strong base to sit it which allows me to walkaway for a second and not worry about them spilling.
