Here is what to know before you buy: - the heat control knobs were broken with 1st few days, you can't just put them back. after 1 month we have lost all of them - inside drawer metal is cut so sharp all my employees are getting cut ! we did tape and there is not much you can do. sides of the drawers as well as the top edge of the drawer is super sharp ! - heat element - its nice to have 3 levels, but cleaning is just not easy. you remove all drawers and make sure any spills are clean - we use it for rice warmer. all rice falls under the heat elements, very soon I will have an issue with them as well. as it's not easy to just clean, or move it. vacuum is what you need :) hope that helps

We use this warmer to keep our curries warm during busy weekend dinners. It holds the temperature well. The only issue I have with it is that the knob came out. Other than that, we have had no issues.

This warmer does exactly what it says, we use it for our cooked chicken and the only thing we do differently is line it with aluminum foil to make for easy cleanup! Through heavy usage, it holds up wonderfully.
