An interior fan circulates air through the inside of the cabinet to warm the chips evenly and an exterior adjustable thermostat lets you adjust the temperature from 90-190 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, this unit has an internal baffle that minimizes chip breakage.
This unit is easy to clean thanks to its durable 20 gauge stainless steel construction, removable front panel and lower baffle, and adjustable 4" legs. A 120V, 1500W electrical connection is required for operation.

Manufacturers got lazy and to decided to screw in the door when it should have had clamps. Please fix this issue, this will lead to buildup of salt and grease over time.
