A 3004 series aluminum core is surrounded by a non-reactive 18/8 stainless steel interior and a durable 18/0 stainless steel exterior to stand up to punishing commercial cooking conditions. Its triple layer Ceramiguard II non-stick interior coating provides unparalleled durability and release. The triple-ply construction extends from the base to the rim, eliminating hot spots for incredibly even heating!

Perfect for frying, sauteing, or searing, this 3-ply 10" stainless steel non-stick fry pan features Vollrath's unique and ergonomically designed stay-cool silicone handle that offers a cooler, more comfortable grip and features a patent-pending no-slip grip. Its silicone coating is safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for added comfort and safety during continuous use, and it can withstand temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. The handle is secured with the EverTite riveting system, which ensures a very rigid connection between handle and vessel, guaranteeing longevity even in a commercial kitchen.

How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin.     We bought Vollrath Tribute 12" Tri-Ply fry pan to replace a work-horse of an older model that we had had for years but was discontinued. Vollrath is a great company and and so are their non-stick pans. We have used our new almost every day since receiving it and it's just like our older model: heats well, sears well, clean-up is a breeze. It's a substantial pan that will outlive and out-work cheaper brands. USA made, too!

    This is a new design from the previous design. This is the best non-stick pans I have used. Be sure to just wipe clean. Don't clean in the dishwasher, don't clean with abrasives and these will last for years in my experience. Retains heat very well. Can be used on induction burners. Handle stays cool and can be placed in an oven.
