We love Vollrath for the quality and this does the job as usual but it's not a heavy duty shaker so the store brand is a better value in my opinion.

This Vollrath shaker is a great deal. We purchased a good handful of these for the cook staff. They are actually pretty light compared to the competition but they have remained strong so far! The lid can be a bit difficult to open but once tightened it will not come loose. Would purchase again!
