Incredibly versatile and durable, the Vollrath FC-6HC-01120-AD top mount one pan cold / hot food well is the best way to present hot or cold food at a self-serve business! With the flip of a switch, this food well can toggle between its 625 watt heating system or 1/5 hp refrigeration system. This unit uses a R-513A refrigerant, a non-flammable, low global warming potential refrigerant, so your well is safer and more eco-conscious. Thermostatic controls let you alter the heat output to the perfect hot holding temperature, and the factory-set cold control keeps cool foods chilled at a safe temperature.
This top-mount food well holds (1) 12" x 20" food pan flush with the well's surface for a clean and trim professional appearance. Its stainless steel construction results in outstanding durability and product life, and its 1" thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain temperatures at the proper settings without sucking up additional energy. A 3/4" drain siphons runoff and condensation while a full-perimeter drip edge prevents liquid from flowing out onto your countertops. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
