A remote control-mounted infinite control dial allows you to easily adjust the heat settings to accommodate a variety of menu items. It also features a convenient add-water indicator light that lets you know when it's time to refill, helping to prevent dry heating.

This unit features a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel well and flange for reliable performance in high-volume settings.
