This has to be the best griddle I have ever used it does exactly what it’s says I use it for cooking everything from bacon to pancakes....
I like this griddle very much. We bought for crepes, but I do wish webstaurant had a 10" nonstick griddle as well. 12" is a bit too wide for crepes.
