These shakers are great! We have 6 in store and use them for powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, spice blends and paprika for garnishing items as well. Easy to clean and have lasted us 4 years at this point without having to replace them. Great to have on hand for garnishing dishes and pastries will. Grab a couple for your shop for sure!

A kitchen classic that does the job. It's not overly pricey, but since the store brand is less, I'd go with it since this isn't a super sturdy shaker.

Does not work for dusting flour. These holes clogged when I tried to dust with bread flour. The Coarse dredge, however, worked alright. This dredge was slightly out-of-round and the lid had trouble tightening. So 4-stars due to quality control and the price being so much higher than the generic version. I have not tried the generic version, but would recommend giving it a whirl.

This is just average quality. The lid doesn't screw on easily after about the third time it gets pitted from washing and hard to get it on.
