I use the 5oz ladle for scrambled eggs. It's heavy duty, easy to clean, easy to grip. 4oz will equal two large scrambled eggs, I use the 5oz to ensure that customers do not get a smaller amount than menu is offering.

Great ladle. It's heavier than a normal ladle, but that's because it's made of thick gauge stainless steel. For the 4 oz size, the bowl is low cut such that it's easy to pour liquids without straining your hand. Since it's a single piece ladle, the connection between the bowl and the handle is very strong.
