We actually purchased this bottle to use for wood glue. We needed something more substantial and durable than the brand we use for condiments so we purchased this one to try out. The bottle is extremely durable and held up to a lot of abuse without leaking. After a few years of regular use it has begun to fail, but that is likely due to the purpose we are using it for and the lack of cleaning. I would highly recommend this squeeze bottle and would definitely purchase it again.

As the image state, the bottle design may vary. My bottle was not ridged, but smooth. Still, it's a good bottle. The color-coded lids make it easy to just grab and use without having to look at labels.

Bottle is not hard to squeeze, everything is fine. The hole is normal for any kinds of sauces (even for watery). If you need you can cut a top of the bottle for your objectives!
