Works as expected, but the quality of the aluminum casting isn't very good. There are unfinished sections of the casting where it wasn't trimmed correctly, and the one I received had small aluminum webbing between the pusher blocks that would definitely have ended up in customers fries. Had I not cleaned the part up before installation it would have been the source of a physical contamination in the potatoes it processed. After I removed the extra material, it works as advertised and seems sturdy enough to assume it will for a while.

Works great and was not difficult to install. When we purchased the restaurant, the pusher was the incorrect size and made cutting the potatoes difficult. This has made it much more efficient.
