The Vollrath 45751-1 9/32" replacement blade assembly is designed for use with the Vollrath 47715 French fry cutter! This assembly is a direct replacement for the one that came with your unit, and may be easily swapped into your cutter for a continuous supply of delicious French fries. When paired with the appropriate push block (sold separately), you can use it to convert the cut size of your Redco unit.
