Variable heat and humidity controls combined with a specially-designed heat baffle ensure even temperature distribution and control. This hot food display case / warmer / merchandiser is easy-to-clean and features a cool touch stainless steel exterior with an attractive black finish. 110V.

We absolutely love this warmer. Not only is it an attractive display case, it's easy to move and easy to clean. Shelves are strong and glass is thick - nothing wimpy on this unit. Stays hot on the inside without getting hot on the outside so there's no safety issue. Wish we had room for another one!
