This display case features both dry and wet heat functions, providing you with versatile temperature and humidity options. The thermostatic control and energy-regulator dial ensures that the unit maintains precise and consistent temperatures. Plus, its double-wall stainless steel base helps reduce heat loss to maximize energy efficiency. This unit features LED lighting to highlight your offerings. The lighting can be used when the heat is on or off. Better yet, the sloped customer glass and glass top maximize food visibility.
The operator side of the unit features three sliding doors that make it easy to add or remove food items, and the doors can be lifted out to make cleaning easy. It's designed to accommodate full size and fractional pans up to 6" deep (sold separately), and it comes with two 20" adapter bars, giving you the versatility to use it with other pan sizes. Plus, its 6' cord provides more options for placement.
This unit includes an indicator light to let you know when the unit is heating, promoting safer use in your establishment. This versatile display case can be used as a drop-in, with the included heavy-duty, 4" adjustable legs, or sealed to the countertop. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for use.
