Create beautifully cored and sliced fruits or vegetables with the Vollrath Redco 338 8 section core blade assembly! This convenient blade assembly easily fits into your existing unit and is a direct replacement for the coring blade that comes with Vollrath Redco 808N and 808SG 8 section Wedgemasters. It may also be used to change the cut size of other Wedgemaster units when paired with the appropriate pusher head (sold separately).
