This stainless steel stock pot is very sturdy and made of high quality material. It has held up well to constant use and it easy to clean.
This stock pot is quite stylish, if that is a concern. One thing I love is the height of this pot. It fits our cook tops much better than an equally sized wide stock pot. There is much more room between items. This is key in a commercial environment when one has to get to items quickly. It's always an interesting experience reaching over a wide pot of hot liquid. These tall pots eliminate that issue and allow one to more easily work within a confined space. We use multiple of these on our induction cook tops (these are induction ready) when making stocks in addition to our chickpeas for hummus. Highly recommend even at double the price.
I used one of these at a church function recently to make tomato gravy and now I'll be getting a smaller size for home, Love the thick bottom plate. Expensive but I could see this pan still being in service 30 years from now.

This is a great pot. It is wonderful for cooking lobsters and crab nice and big.Aldo cleans very easy and doesn't take very long for the water to start boiling in this pot.
