When the blades get dull on your Vollrath Redco Wedgemaster unit, it's very easy to swap out your old assembly for a brand new Vollrath 308 8-section blade assembly. This blade assembly is a direct replacement for an 8 section unit, or can be used to change the cut size on a 6 section unit. Make sure to pair it with the compatible 8 section pusher, (sold separately), to create perfectly sized wedges of lemons, limes, or tomatoes.
