Overall I've been happy with these in my residential use, I'm not entirely sure the closeable tip adds a whole lot compared to standard bottles, but it has it's moments. Any amount of particles will get stuck though, so the content has to be homogenous, but generally it works well and I'm happy with it.

This squeeze bottle from Vollrath is very flexible. The lid closes tightly and is pretty much leak proof. Size is very small, but it is a 8 ounce bottle after. Will work great for thin liquid only due to the design of the twist closed top.
