The Vollrath Redco 15064 1/2" dicing blade assembly is a direct replacement for the set that came with your Vollrath Redco 15002 or 15018 InstaCut 3.5!
Keep an extra assembly on hand to quickly swap out if needed during busy times in your commercial kitchen, or use this assembly to change the cutting style and size of another InstaCut 3.5 unit (sold separately). If you are changing the cut size of your unit, you may need to purchase a new pushing block assembly as well (sold separately).

Like many dicer blades these are somewhat flimsy and with commercial use by employees that don't treat equipment like their own they don't last very long. The downside to this particular dicer is that Vollrath doesn't make replacement blades for this. instead you need to buy the whole assembly. Not sure if there are other blades that will fit this product and Vollrath customer service was no help. If you own an instacut 3.5 dicer this blade will work for your needs, but the quality could be better, ours didn't last very long!
