It also features 1 VITOconnect bridge, which uses a Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy (BLE)-to-Ethernet adapter network connection to transmit and store measurements to the cloud. When integrated with the VITOconnect platform (sold separately), this fryer oil management system creates an online HACCP list from the data, supporting industry standards for food safety and minimizing the need for manual documentation. This all-in-one package is designed for commercial kitchens that demand precision, efficiency, and compliance.

This fryer oil management system's Fryfilter FT CONNECT fryer oil monitor is designed with a durable ABS plastic housing and an ergonomic hand strap on the back for long-lasting, reliable use. An easy-to-read digital screen displays TPR measurements and results clearly from 0-40 percent, and a 3-color traffic-light display in green, yellow, and red indicates whether the oil is clean, is nearing replacement, and when it needs to be replaced. The unit features a memory function, Bluetooth for connecting with the VITOconnect platform, a 122-392 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, and a rechargeable 3.7V lithium polymer battery for approximately 8 hours of continuous operation per charge. The fryer oil monitor is IP 67-rated for high-degree protection, and it includes a robust white carrying case with a handle. To ensure that you protect food quality and never miss an oil change, the system's VITOconnect bridge provides a seamless link between your FT CONNECT tester and the cloud. This unit automatically logs data and uploads readings from the fryer oil monitor to your dashboard. It features a plug-and-play LAN and power connection, and it's designed to be optimized for digital HACCP compliance. The unit must be installed within 16' of the FT CONNECT fryer oil monitor, and it features a 7 11/16" cable length. It's compatible with select Vito brackets for wall mounting, and Internet access, a LAN cable, and an external USB-C power supply are required for operation (all sold separately).
