The operation of this frozen dessert mixer is a breeze. The Mix'n Machine Advance comes with 6 pre-programmed settings that allow you to customize your frozen treats and ensure product consistency across store locations. The cup-activated lever with smart delay and automatic shut-off features add additional convenience, helping to automate the mixing process and allowing for one-handed operation. The added pulse control can be used to quickly refresh desserts when needed.

The 1/2 hp brushless induction motor should not require maintenance and is designed to provide years of quality use for your operation. It maintains a consistent speed between 500 and 3000 RPM depending on the setting and is capable of smooth, reliable performance no matter the thickness of your frozen treat. Made from acetal plastic, the smooth and durable agitator will effortlessly mix your product without damaging plastic or paper cups. During operation, a transparent plastic splash guard shields both the user and the surrounding area and moves up and down as you do to keep things contained. The guard can be easily removed when it's time to clean. This model requires a 120V electric connection for operation.
