This countertop frozen dessert mixer is equipped with a permanent soft ice cream cone-shaped agitator designed to effortlessly incorporate candy, cookies, and fruit into your soft frozen treat. This versatile Mix'n Machine can also be used to make malts, milkshakes, and ice cream flurries, or to mix healthy additions like fruit and granola into frozen yogurt. It boasts a stainless steel case construction with exceptional durability and an industry-leading motor.
As proof of their durability, many of the original Mix'n Machine models introduced by Vitamix in 1985 are still in use today! Starting and stopping this frozen dessert mixer is a breeze, requiring only the flip of the power on/off switch on the face of unit. The 1/4 hp brushless induction motor should not require maintenance and is designed to provide years of quality use for your operation. It maintains a consistent speed of 3,440 RPM at all times and is capable of smooth, reliable performance no matter the thickness of your frozen treat.
Made from acetal plastic, the smooth and durable agitator will effortlessly mix your product without damaging plastic or paper cups. During operation, a transparent plastic splash guard shields both the user and the surrounding area to keep things contained. The guard can be easily removed when it's time to clean. This model requires a 120V electric connection for operation.
This product is not worth the price. There is only one speed setting and it is very slow and does not mix our product well. Webstaurant requires products to be brand new and not used in order for a return. How am I supposed to know the product is terrible without using it?
I have 2 of these machines and they are used 10 hours a day from March until Oct for shakes. We have had no issues and they are still going strong! Thinking of buying a third machine this year!
