This convenient product is easy to prepare, saving you time and labor in your busy establishment. To prepare in the microwave, poke 5 holes in the top of the bagel dog package, then place in your microwave oven. Set the temperature to high and microwave for 90 seconds from frozen or 45 seconds from thawed, or until the product is heated through. To prepare in the oven, preheat your equipment to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the bagel dog from its plastic packaging and wrap it in foil. Place it on a tray and bake for 45-60 minutes from frozen or 20-30 minutes from thawed, or until the product is heated through and the bagel dough is golden brown.
