Hi my name is Amanda, and I'm with Heat Seal located in Cleveland Ohio, and I'm here to show you our pizza capper: the PC1318. So basically what the pizza capper does is you have your take-and-bake pizzas which you make in the store- it will basically put a film cap on top of the unit so then it holds the toppings in and also gives you a good display area for your refrigerated case. Our pizza capper comes standard with a couple things: a 12 hour timer which you have to turn past 2, and then set it up to 12 hours to the time that you'd like to keep it on for. It also comes with a removable crumb tray for cleaning, take that out, put it in your wash bin to rinse it off, you know, any of the cheese or other toppings that might get stuck at the bottom. And then it also comes with a pizza fork which obviously helps remove the pizza from the platform for safety reasons. The film can get pretty hot so you don't want to lift it with your hands. The pizza fork fits very nicely right in the front of the unit there. So what we're going to do: I have two size pizzas, I have a 12 and a 9 inch. For my 12 inch pizza I have a 22 inch-wide film. So I'm going to take the pizza, place it on the platform here, just right in the middle, and then we have a perforated - this is a single roll perforated film dispenser. What I'm going to do is just pull the film kind of at a 90 degree angle from myself until it tears. Then you're going to flip it over, put it on top of the pizza, kind of try and center the film, and then tuck it underneath the pizza. You can rotate the pizza if you need to, and you may want to kind of stretch out the film on the top so you get a nice clean surface. So then, it can take up to 30 seconds but it's usually quicker- you're going to take your pizza fork and remove the pizza from the platform, and then move on to your next pizza. The next one is a 9 inch pizza here. Take it, place it on the platform. I have an 18 inch film for the 9 inch pizza. So I kind of pull it at a 90 degree from myself until it tears, flip, and then tuck. So basically it's going to shrink up tight on the top here. You want to smooth it down, take the pizza fork, and remove the pizza from the platform. That's basically it. The pizza capper can be found on Heat Seal's website: www.heatsealco.com. Thanks for watching.
