Ateco Polycarbonate Nested Cutters

Hi, this is Julie Bashore from the Sugar Arts Institute. I am absolutely thrilled to show you the new cutters made by Ateco. They are a polycarbonate plastic, they come in a nested form, nested cutters, and what I like about them is that they are made in plastic instead of the stainless steel. The great thing about working with the plastic cutters is that it allows you to cut out your fondant or gum paste pieces directly on the mat without having the cutter slice through the mat. In addition to that, they are very finely cut at the edge here, so that you can get a nice, clean cut when you cut out your designs. Some of them come plain, with plain edges, and some come with both plain and scalloped edges. So there is a design here for everyone. 16 different designs, so let me take you through each one and show you the wonderful combinations that we have here.
