Reprogramming the dispenser. The infrared program transfer FOB is supplied by SureShot Solutions. It is pre-programmed to customer specifications. The download is a simple wireless transfer of digital data from the FOB to the infrared programming window in the side console at the lower left side of the dispenser. This is a two-step process.

Important note, after this procedure is completed, the dispenser must be fully loaded with product, otherwise, the dispense quantities will not be accurate. If you are using dairy bags, replace each dairy product with a full bag.

The first step is to download the program from the FOB to the side console. Turn off the dispenser, point the FOB at the side console's programming window, press the activation button on the FOB, and then turn on the dispenser. Do not remove the FOB until the process is complete. The process can take at least 60 seconds.

The left light on the fob will illuminate for the duration of the programming sequence. If the right light illuminates during the programming sequence, the FOB has lost connection and needs to be realigned with the programming window. When the left light on the FOB flashes five times in quick succession and then turns off, the program has been successfully downloaded, and you can now remove the fob.

Once the download is complete, the side console display cycles through several sequences of characters before going blank. After the side console display goes blank, turn the dispenser power off, then back on to ensure program reboots properly.

The second step is to upload the program from the side console to the button panel. Enter program mode by pressing and holding the square program mode button for a few seconds until "P1 calibration" appears in the display.

Next, press the square program mode button repeatedly until "service" appears in the display. Press the largest cup size button to locate the download button. "Download" will appear in the display confirming you have chosen the correct button. If it does not, press the other size buttons until you locate the one that shows "download" in the display. In some cases, the download button could be located on a hidden button.

Now press and hold the download button for 10 seconds until a beep is heard and the light below the right side of the display flashes. During this download, the side console will show "01" with a flashing dot. Then it will change to show "02" with a flashing dot. The side console display will go blank. Wait approximately 20 seconds until the dispenser returns to normal operating mode.

Now that the dispenser has returned to normal operating mode, turn the dispenser off for three seconds, then turn it back on to ensure proper reset of the dispenser.
