These compact and durable stainless steel units can quickly reach temperatures of 215 degrees Fahrenheit. They feature easy-to-use thermostatic controls with an indicator light that alerts you when the machine is at the correct temperature.

Pasta cookers are available with single 4-liter capacity or double 8-liter capacity.

Each unit comes with single-serving baskets, perfect for cooking a variety of pasta or noodle styles simultaneously - or blanching or cooking vegetables. All models are easy to clean and have four non-slip feet. Two of our models offer built-in side handles for easy transport.

The higher-capacity, 8 liter 208/240V unit offers quicker recovery and can be used as standalone or plumbed. It also offers a water refill faucet, a front drain, and an overflow prevention feature for added convenience.

This unit can reach a boil in under 20 minutes.
