This thing is awesome ! simple enough but boy does it save time ! Easy to ensemble and it does look like a quality product.

Professional looking rings, bits, spirals and chunks can be made with this product with ease. Item is super sharp so it takes the core out with ease, just be careful removing the core from the utensil.

we use fresh pineapple all day every day. It's one of those harder to cut fruits and even with all the tips and tricks, it's not a quick job. I ordered this without many expectations but it was easy to use and worked quickly and spiraled pineapples perfectly, leaving the core out and could slice and dice it right up.

I stumbled across this item on Webstaurant and felt foolish for not knowing a kitchen gadget like this existed. I don’t even want to think about how much waste I probably created in the past cutting pineapple myself (I’m not a chef, just a home cook). This peels, slices, and dices all in one step for me with FRESH pineapple (I can’t stand the stuff in the can). So it’s quick and easy for me, then I just throw this baby in the dishwasher. I haven’t used the remaining core for decoration as Webstaurant suggested, but it’s nice to know that I could.

I never knew coring and slicing could be so simple! To think back on all of the pineapples that I have struggled with, it makes me appreciate thus thing all the more

I loved this product but our employees preferred to just use a knife. It is fast and very easy to use. The only drawback is there is more waste than cutting with a knife. Because the employees preferred a knife we now use this at home.

This product works as described but is nothing I would use very frequently. It produces a good bit of waste, unless you're making pineapple vinegar.

Does not work well wtih some sizes of pineapples but work well with the ones that fit. I find it is easier to to cut it.
