This is a review of the customer service rather than the product. This is the second major repair I've had to make on a vacuum sealer (home use.) It hasn't been used much but it comes with a lot of problems. I would suggest making your high-dollar purchases somewhere that is service oriented. As much as I want to love Webstaruantstore.com - I have been let down over and over. Buyer beware.
