Univex PM91-PK2 Details

Quickly prep product with this Univex Prep-Mate power drive unit! This machine drives any accessory (sold separately) made for the #12 PTO hub. It comes with a VS9H grater / shredder attachment, which consists of the anodized aluminum housing, hub and shaft, and a 3/16" shredding plate. This attachment is great for grating / shredding cheese, vegetables, and hard bread. This unit also works with attachments for slicing vegetables or grinding meat (sold separately). It runs attachments at a rate of 250 RPM for efficient operation.

This durable, heavy-duty unit is easy to use with an on / off rocker switch. A removable operator key prevents unauthorized operation. Its powerful 1 hp capacitor-start, ball-bearing motor has cushioned mounts to reduce vibration and noise. The drive assembly uses a ribbed poly V-belt and a 7:1 reduction for increased torque. Plus, it is completely enclosed in a powder-coated 10-gauge stainless steel housing. This unit comes complete with a 5" deep prep container with a cover to store your prepped products. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
