I wanted a large squeegee for cleaning my griddle after use. This has done a fantastic job both times I've used it so far. The squeegee shows no wear even after using it on the hot griddle. It does a great job and I'd buy it again.
We bought these to use with chemicals to clean the grill but have since found out that the Unger scrapers do such a good job that we no longer buy the chemicals. They still help with cleaning the grill a bit. The dishwashers clean them after and use them to squeegee the dishwashing station. They seemed to resist the high heat of the griddle just fine but the instructions do say not to let it sit on the griddle for extended periods.
The Squeegee works well. One of the problems is that the rubber is a little stiff making it easy to splash hot oil or cleaner.
Purchased this high heat squeegee and it keeps scratching my griddle? Have tried moving the rubber part up and down. Now when it doesn't scratch it actually gets the water off my griddle.

One of my employees had tried a similar product at another fast food restaurant and suggested that I try at my location. Love the product. It is quick at removing liquid and grease during a lunch rush, and works in conjunction with our scraper and grill bricks. Wish this product was easier to find
