I've been using two of these on weekends for our roadside BBQ stand for a year. They are great and easy to set up. Just pop it up and place the pin through and you're done. Nice heavy construction, and not your low box store quality.
Umbrella had to be added to framework, very difficult. Then had to push up to open to hold in place, nearly impossible. Nowhere did I see assembly required in description. Too pricey for labor required.
