This Garland Cuisine natural gas infra-red countertop cheese melter is a great addition to your cooking line! Thanks to 2 powerful 15,000 BTU infra-red burners, you'll be able to brown the tops of casseroles and melt cheese! This cheese melter features a stainless steel top, front, and sides for durability and easy cleaning.
To protect employees from the heat, this unit is equipped with a bottom heat shield. The chrome-plated rack with 4 rack guide positions are removable for easy cleaning. The 2 individual high and low valve controls enhance flexibility and ease of use. This counter model has 4" legs or can be mounted to the wall with a wall mount kit (sold separately). This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
