We use this turner for small silver dollar style pancakes as well as flipping omelettes on cast iron. This turner is high quality: thin, but not at all flimsy. The plastic handle is solid feeling and stays cool to the touch. The end of the tuner is ground to a point so it can slide under eggs and pancakes without damaging the food. This has quickly become my preferred tool at the flattop.

very very nice turner, stiff blade with a flat square beveled blade that easily slips completely under food and lifts clean. Great value but corners are very sharp!

This is my favorite turner! It's the perfect size. Not to big and not to small. I can work with it for extended periods of time without my hands cramping up like with bigger/heavier ones. It's lightweight, but still very well made. Give it a try and you'll be glad you did!

I use this spatula on the service line for items such as lasagna, enchiladas etc. It is small, so back of the house usage would be plating cake or other dessert items.

I use this to make scrambled eggs for our fried rice. Works great. Love the mercer product line, and will be buying more of their products! Highly recommended.

This is great for flipping burgers on my griddle. It is very sturdy and easy to control. I will definitely be needing more of these for my kitchen. What a great value on this site also..

This a great utensil because we have a very small kitchen and traditional utensils were a bit large. These are used on our flat top, saute pans, and grills and work great from crab cakes to burgers.

We purchased this mercer millennnia 4" x 2.5" spatula specifially for a dessert we serve at our restaurant. The 2.5" size is perfect for the dessert.

I purchase the Mercer M18730 Millennia 4" x 2 1/2" Square Edge Turner (Item #: 470M18730 MFR #: M18730) to use in culinary school. It is stainless steel, heavy duty, and I love the handles on these spatulas. They don't heat up! Easy to clean. Used in a high-heat commercial kitchen and excellent. I will purchase some for home, too. Highly recommend.

I use various sizes of these turners at my restaurant and love these ones in particular. They are big enough to serve pizza slices yet small enough for delicate prep work. Not to mention they hold up well to repeated use.

At our institution we eat family style at every meal. I was looking for something that was average size and would work for serving casseroles, burgers etc at the table. These are the perfect size and the simple, clean design looks classy enough to use as a serving instrument.

I just love this turner. I have a steamed cheeseburger machine that has little dishes and this is just the right size for getting them out.

This turner has worked flawlessly so far. It is good quality and I believe I will have it for a long time ( note: I am using this for home use). I like the size and being able to just throw it in the dishwasher.

This is an amazingly tough turner. I like the thin edge to get under things like eggs, but its also strong enough to chop up things like chicken in my skillet. Not recommended for non stick pans, but this is perfect in my cast iron.

I have quite a few turners, this is one of my favorites. The size is perfect for serving food with and it is also great on the oven as a turner when it comes to frying foods. It is the perfect size for serving baked goods as well. I loved this one so much I purchased another one!!!! This is a turner that you most definately need multiples of.

This spatula is mine and my husbands favorite spatula...it's not so big that you cannot use it in residential settings, but it is durable enough that can use it in commercial settings as well.

Cleans easily in the dishwasher and food doesnt get stuck in any crevices or cracks. its the perfect length for most of my uses for it.

I have no complaints other than the barcode sticker that comes stuck right to the front of the blade. Its nearly impossible to peel off without leaving that sticky annoying residue.
