I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?

R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.

My unit has an “-N” or “-N6” at the end of it, what does that mean?

-N means that the unit is R-290, and -N6 means the unit is R-600. The function of the unit is the same, this will mainly affect serviceability.

Its compact, countertop design features a 4.7 cu. ft. capacity with 3 shelves, allowing you to encourage impulse sales. It's especially great for increasing alcohol sales behind a bar. And since the shelves are adjustable, you can reconfigure the interior to best suit your inventory.

Whether at the checkout counter, hot coffee station, or other front-of-house area, this display unit showcases product with bright, interior LED lighting. Filled with bottled juice, cups of fruit, or small cartons of yogurt, the unit serves as a breakfast to-go station, and filled with premade chicken salad wraps and hummus, it's a great on-the-go snack display. The refrigerator's single, double-pane glass door is made with crystal-clear, Low-E glass to promote energy efficiency and to ensure excellent product visibility.

To help minimize maintenance and prolong longevity, the unit's refrigeration system includes an anti-corrosion coated evaporator. The system also features a 1/8 hp compressor to maintain consistent temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It does this by circulating eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant, which boasts an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This makes it a great, environmentally-responsible option for any commercial facility. The unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
