This True Spec Series pass-through refrigerator is the perfect solution for when you need to keep plenty of fresh foods cold and readily accessible in your commercial kitchen. Thanks to its front half doors, you can choose to only open one section at a time to conserve energy and increase the overall efficiency of your unit. Its convenient pass-through design enables placement of the unit between kitchen prep areas and server stations, which allows kitchen staff to prepare, plate, and store cold items, like desserts, for wait staff to pull and serve as needed. And, with a half Low-E glass and solid front door design, servers can see what products are available.

This refrigerator features three heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves per section to help you make the best use of its spacious cabinet. The doors, floor, and ceiling are made from high-quality stainless steel, while the sides and back are constructed of durable aluminum. Additionally, this unit features bright, cool LED lighting that illuminates the interior better than fluorescent lighting and produces less heat, too.

For convenience in loading and unloading, this unit has six self-closing doors with a 120 degree stay open feature and lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style door locks. It also has full-body foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help it retain cold air and run more efficiently. A set of 5" casters with front brakes makes it easy to move when it's time for cleaning or maintenance. This refrigerator comes with a 1/2 hp compressor that runs on R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, and reliably maintains cabinet temperatures of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
