Designed to replace the standard board that came with select True Refrigeration prep refrigerators, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface. True cutting boards are lightly textured to help food stay steady while cutting. Plus, all corners are eased! Made of a durable, eco-friendly resin composite material, this cutting board is harder and more resistant to knife marks than a standard poly cutting board. For convenience, this board comes with installation holes pre-drilled.
